Warranty Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid on purchase of any Products under the brand name of Kenstar.
• This offer is valid only on genuine products purchased in India through online or offline channel.
• For all offline purchases, the Products should be purchased only from authorized dealer/distributor of Ken Lifestyles Private Limited (Company)
• To avail the two month additional warranty, the customer shall have to register the product on the website of the Company i.e., at www.kenstar.in within 15 days of purchase of the Product.
• The additional warranty is subject to uploading the invoice and successfully submitting the same. Once the documents are uploaded a written communication shall be sent to the customer by the Company.
• The terms of the additional warranty shall remain the same as of the original warranty.
• The Customer can register any Product related complaints by either logging on our website https://www.kenstar.in/service-centres or by calling at our customer care number 18602582580 or WhatsApp text message on : +919667700943 or by email :  customercare@kenstar.in
• For availing the additional warranty services, the Customer has to produce the original invoice/ bill with TIN number issued by dealer/online vendor and the communication received from the Company on every visit of Company’s technician.
• The customer can take the benefits under this offer, only when he accepts all terms and conditions as mentioned above.
• The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without any prior notice.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration or cannot be clubbed with any other promotional scheme.
• All disputes relating to this offer shall be settled/resolved through Sole Arbitrator, appointed by the Company, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction at New Delhi only.
