If you love fries as much as the rest of the world, you’ll definitely gobble
up these golden, crispy french fries in seconds. You can make the
crispiest, healthiest french fries in an air fryer, using little to no oil.
Here’s our Kenstar Oxyfryer recipe for crispy french fries in 15 minutes!
Garlic powder, onion powder,
paprika, chilli powder or any
other seasonings you like
Preheat your Kenstar Oxyfryer.
Wash and cut the potatoes into ½-inch
thick french fry slices.
Rest the raw potato slices in a bowl of warm water
for 10 minutes. Soaking the slices in water helps get
rid of their starch content and gives them a tender
centre and an even crispier outer skin. However, if
you’re pressed for time, you can simply skip this step.
With an Oxyfryer, you are bound to get crispy
potatoes, any way.
Drain the potatoes and set them aside
in a large bowl. Drizzle them with olive
oil, then sprinkle salt, pepper, and
other seasonings. Toss well to coat
each slice with all the seasonings.
Place the seasoned potato slices at the
bottom of your air fryer basket. Keeping
each slice separated will help the potatoes
get super crispy.
Cook the fries for 15 minutes. Use a
spatula to take the beautifully golden,
crispy fries out of the Oxyfryer.
Serve them immediately and watch them
disappear in seconds!
If, in case, some fries are actually left over, you can store them for up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge. However, they’ll lose their crispiness, so you might want to reheat them in your Kenstar Oxyfryer to get that perfect texture again.
